Lakefront Residence - Queenstown
More than 600m² of Poolburn schist was used throughout this Queenstown lakefront home, inside and out across three levels. The stone was processed and supplied in stages to support installation on the steep, narrow-access site.
Panorama - Coromandel
For this coastal hillside home by Edwards White Architects, Te Kuiti limestone clads the exterior and forms terraces and retaining walls. The lightweight stone cladding reduced engineering requirements and simplified construction on the sloping site.
Hilton Hotel - Queenstown
Stage one of the Hilton Hotel, Queenstown marked the first major project for our lightweight New Zealand stone cladding. Completed in 2009, over 3000m² of Gibbston schist was installed up to 15m high across exterior walls and feature pillars.
